AS FEATURED ON

If you’re preparing to return to work after maternity leave and feeling anxious about where to start, you’re not alone.
The Return to Work Reset is designed to help you step back, think things through and approach your return with clarity, confidence and a practical plan — before day one arrives.
What we cover.
The Reset focuses on five practical areas that make the biggest difference to a confident return.

This is for you if:

The thought of returning to work leaves you excited but anxious about how the transition will actually work
You want clarity around childcare, flexibility and boundaries before Day 1 arrives
You're ready to rebuild confidence and reconnect with your professional identity

About the programme

The Reset has been developed by Natasha, a chartered surveyor and founder of Maternity Mentor.

Over the past three years, she has supported working parents through parental leave and return-to-work transitions, built a community of over 3,000 parents online and researched the lived experience of returners through the From Policy to Reality parental leave survey.

The programme combines practical return planning with the emotional realities of re-entering professional life after leave.
