Know your rights. Protect your money. Return with confidence.
For the woman who built a career she loves, became a mother she adores and now needs to figure out how to both at once

Return to work with strategy, confidence and authority - all before Day 1
Right now going back to work probably feels like something that is happening to you rather than something you're choosing.
The Return to Work Reset changes that.
In two hours, you'll go from underprepared and overwhelmed to walking back in with a plan, protected boundaries and the confidence of a woman who knows exactly what she's doing and why.
Next cohort: 7 May 2026. Four spaces. Applications close this week.
AS FEATURED ON

If you’re preparing to return to work after maternity leave and feeling anxious about where to start, you’re not alone.
The Return to Work Reset is designed to help you step back, think things through and approach your return with clarity, confidence and a practical plan — before day one arrives.
What we cover.
The Reset focuses on five practical areas that make the biggest difference to a confident return.

This is for you if:

You're returning to work in the next three months and the thought of day one makes your stomach flip.
You want clarity on your working pattern, childcare contingency and flexible working before you're sitting in front of your manager.
You know something has shifted in who you are since becoming a mother and you want to go back as this version of yourself. Not pretend nothing has changed.
You could be paid to attend.
KIT days are paid days. Use one to attend the Reset and your employer pays your normal daily salary. Ask them to fund the £650 through their L&D budget and you are literally paid to attend.
Most employers have an L&D budget specifically for this.
Not sure how to ask? Email or DM me for our Funding Guide.

About the programme
The Reset has been developed by Natasha, a chartered surveyor and founder of Maternity Mentor.
Over the past three years, she has supported working parents through parental leave and return-to-work transitions, built a community of over 3,000 parents online and researched the lived experience of returners through the From Policy to Reality parental leave survey.
The programme combines practical return planning with the emotional realities of re-entering professional life after leave.
