Can my employer pay for this?

What if I'm already back at work?
Reset works before and after your return. If you're already back and feeling like it isn't quite working, sessions three and four are where we focus. The discovery call will help us figure out the right starting point for you.
Does my line manager have to be involved?
No. The employee-only Reset is a complete programme on its own. The line manager sessions are an options for women who want their employer to be part of the process. We can talk through what makes sense for your situation.
How do the sessions works?
All sessions are held over Zoom, typically 60 minutes each. We'll agree timings that work around your leave and your return date. There's WhatsApp support between sessions so you're never left waiting.
What if I'm not sure I'm ready?
That's exactly what the discovery call is for. No pressure, no pitch. Just a proper conversion so we can both figure out if this is the right fit and the right time.
